Idermar Joint Venture (IH, Apia XXI, Sodercan and Helium) developed a meteorological mast with the main objective to measure the wind (hours and intensity) in floating wind farms. The mast integrates other sensors for measuring parameters such as currents, waves and other relevant data.

DEGIMA manufactured the lattice structure and equipment; the extension of the prototype´s mast, including the support structure for the measuring, energy generation and communication´s instruments.

The mast is yet to be certified against a certified seabed anchored mast.
